Your total is rate × number of rooms and if that total is under the minimum, the minimum applies.

Recurring Rates
Weekly: $18 / room (minimum $150)
Bi-Weekly: $22 / room (minimum $165)
Monthly: $28 / room (minimum $180)

First Clean (Required Before Recurring)
First Clean: $30 / room (minimum $200)
This is the initial reset clean that gets your home caught up so recurring cleans stay consistent.

One-Time & Move In/Move Out
One-Time Clean: $40 / room (minimum $220)
Move In / Move Out Clean: $40 / room (minimum $220)

Add-Ons

Inside fridge — $40
Inside oven — $50
Baseboards — $20 / room
Window blinds — $10 / blind
Walls (spot wash) — $25 / room

Add-ons must be selected when booking so we can schedule enough time.
