Our pricing is based on the number of spaces being cleaned and the type of service selected.
This helps us price homes more fairly than using one flat rate for every layout.
Your estimate may be based on:
Number of bedrooms
Number of bathrooms
Main living spaces
Kitchen
Hallways and stairs
Add-ons
Type of clean requested

First Clean
The first clean is the initial clean required before starting recurring services. This visit is more detailed and helps bring the home to a strong baseline.
Recurring Cleans
Available after the first clean has been completed.
Weekly
Biweekly
Monthly
One-Time / Move-In / Move-Out Cleans
These cleans are priced differently than recurring services due to the level of detail and overall workload involved.

Our minimum helps cover:
Travel time
Supplies
Setup and packing time
Booking and administrative time

This may happen if:
Rooms were counted incorrectly
The layout is more complex than expected
The home requires heavier work than the estimate suggests
Requested services or add-ons were not included
If any changes are needed, we will communicate that clearly.

Add-ons are separate from your base cleaning estimate.
These may include detailed extras such as:
Inside fridge
Inside oven
Window blinds
Baseboards
Wall wiping
If you would like something extra included, just let us know when requesting your estimate.

While we schedule appointments carefully, arrival times may vary slightly depending on the length of earlier cleans and the flow of the day.
We always do our best to stay on time and communicate if anything changes.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
