1. Introduction

Welcome to Deadly Cleaning Inc. (“Deadly Cleaning”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service outline the rules and expectations for using our services.

By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

Deadly Cleaning Inc. refers to the company providing cleaning services.

Service refers to the residential cleaning services provided by Deadly Cleaning Inc.

3. Services

Deadly Cleaning Inc. provides residential cleaning services including recurring maintenance cleans, first cleans, one-time cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans.

The scope of work will be agreed upon before the service begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe or if the requested work falls outside the agreed scope of service.

4. Pricing

Deadly Cleaning uses a room-based pricing model, with rates varying depending on service frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time cleaning).

All pricing is subject to change as needed. Clients will always be informed of any pricing updates prior to future services.

Additional services or add-ons requested outside the original booking may result in additional charges.

5. Payment & Invoicing

Invoices are sent after the cleaning service has been completed.

Payment is due the same day the invoice is sent, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• E-Transfer

• Online invoice payment (credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other supported payment methods)

Failure to pay outstanding invoices may result in suspension of future services.

6. Scheduling & Arrival Times

Cleaning appointments are scheduled within approximate arrival windows.

While we aim to arrive on time, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, previous job duration, or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients will be notified if significant delays occur.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

This allows us time to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment to another client.

If a cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice, we are unable to access the home upon arrival, or we are turned away at the door, a cancellation or lockout fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price may be applied.

We understand that unexpected situations happen and will always aim to be fair and reasonable when possible.

8. Client Responsibilities

To help ensure the best possible service, clients agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the home at the scheduled time

• Secure pets if necessary

• Inform us of any hazards or special instructions prior to the cleaning

• Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available during service

9. Breakage & Damage Policy

Deadly Cleaning Inc. takes great care while cleaning your home. While damage is rare, accidents can occasionally occur.

Any damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion so they can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

Deadly Cleaning Inc. is not responsible for damage resulting from:

• normal wear and tear

• improperly installed fixtures or items

• fragile or unstable items not disclosed prior to cleaning

Clients are encouraged to notify us in advance of any delicate or high-value items requiring special care.

10. Access to the Home

Clients are responsible for ensuring our team can access the home at the scheduled appointment time.

If we are unable to access the property upon arrival (locked doors, incorrect codes, etc.), the appointment may be considered a lockout, and a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price may apply.

If alarm systems or special entry instructions are required, clients should provide clear instructions prior to the appointment.

11. Safety & Working Conditions

The safety of our team is extremely important.

Deadly Cleaning Inc. reserves the right to refuse or stop service if working conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to:

• aggressive pets

• hazardous conditions

• excessive clutter preventing safe cleaning

• unsafe environments

In these situations, the service may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion.

12. Cleaning Results Disclaimer

While Deadly Cleaning Inc. strives to provide the highest quality cleaning service possible, some stains, buildup, or damage may not be fully removable through standard cleaning methods.

Conditions such as permanent staining, mold, mildew, hard water buildup, or long-term neglect may require specialized restoration or repair services beyond the scope of standard residential cleaning.

Deadly Cleaning Inc. cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, marks, or buildup but will always make a professional and reasonable effort to improve the cleanliness of the space.

13. Termination of Services

Deadly Cleaning Inc. reserves the right to discontinue service for any reason, including violation of these Terms or unsafe working conditions.

Clients may cancel recurring services at any time.
