What to Expect: Your Deadly Cleaning Inc. Appointment

Thanks for booking with Deadly Cleaning Inc.! Here’s exactly what to expect on cleaning day, how to prep (quick + easy), and how pricing works — so everything feels smooth and stress-free.

Before We Arrive: Quick Prep Checklist

You don’t need to deep-clean before we come, this just helps us spend more time cleaning and less time moving things around.

  • Clear surfaces where possible (kitchen counters, bathroom counters, tables)

  • Pick up clutter from floors (clothes, toys, cords, small items)

  • Let us know priority areas (ex: “kitchen + bathroom focus today”)

  • Secure pets if needed

  • Share entry details (buzzer code, key location, parking instructions, alarm info)

Dishes note: A few dishes are totally fine, just know that heavy dishes can limit how much counter and sink space we can fully detail.

Arrival & Getting Started

  • We arrive within your scheduled arrival window.

  • We do a quick 2–3 minute walkthrough, grab garbage’s and do a quick scan.

  • Then we get to work, we start in certain area’s, bathrooms, master bedrooms, and upper floors. We make our way through the house and it can seem like we are everywhere all at once.

What We Bring (and What We Need From You)

We bring: cleaning products, cloths, tools, and our standard supplies.
We may need from you: access to a vacuum. If you absolutely do not have a useable vacuum, we will bring one. please let us know.

If you prefer we use a specific product in your home, just let us know and leave it out on the counter.

First Clean + Recurring Services

For weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring service, we require a First Clean first.
This is a deeper reset so your ongoing cleans stay consistent, faster, and easier to maintain.

What’s Included in Your Clean (Weekly / Biweekly / Monthly)

Our weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleans are detailed maintenance cleans, more than a quick tidy, without being a full deep clean.

Included in most cleans:

  • Kitchen: countertops, sink, backsplash spot-wipe, stovetop surface clean, outside of appliances (microwave/fridge), cabinet fronts spot-wipe as needed

  • Bathrooms: toilet, sink, mirror, tub/shower surface clean, counters, fixtures, quick detail wipe-down

  • Living areas & bedrooms: dusting/wiping reachable surfaces, tidy touches, spot-clean fingerprints/smudges as needed

  • Floors: vacuum and/or mop (finished at the end for the best result)

  • Finishing touches: quick final check for visible spots, streaks, and details

We clean what we can access, heavy clutter or packed counters may limit how much can be fully detailed.

What’s Different About a First Clean?

A First Clean is a deeper reset on your first visit so recurring cleans stay consistent. It includes extra detailing in kitchens/bathrooms and more buildup removal where needed.

One-Time + Move-In/Move-Out

These are more intensive cleans with extra time/detail included, and pricing reflects heavier buildup and turnover-level expectations.

Add-Ons (Optional Extras)

Add-ons are for items that take extra time or require deeper detail, like:

  • Inside fridge / inside oven

  • Baseboards

  • Window blinds

  • Wall spot-wiping

Please choose add-ons when booking, this helps us plan the right amount of time. Add-ons can’t be added on-site.

Estimates, Minimums, and Taxes

Estimate: Your form total is an estimate based on the selections you entered. Final pricing is confirmed once we review the request details.

Minimums: Each visit has a minimum charge to cover travel, supplies, setup, and booking time. If your calculated total comes in below the minimum for your selected frequency, the minimum will apply.

GST: The estimate shown does not include tax. GST will be added to your final total.

Payment & Invoicing

Invoices are sent after the appointment is completed. Payment is due the same day by e-Transfer (Auto-Deposit), unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Access, Pets, and Home Notes

To help everything go smoothly, please tell us:

  • Entry method (lockbox, code, buzzer, key)

  • Parking notes

  • Pets (and whether they should be secured)

  • Any areas to avoid (sleeping baby, home office calls, etc.)

A Quick Heads-Up: What We Don’t Do

For safety and clarity, we don’t take on:

  • Biohazards (blood, bodily fluids, heavy mold)

  • Overly cluttered cleans without prior assessment

  • Pest infestations

If you’re unsure, message us — we’ll tell you what’s possible.
