Pricing & Service Overview
At Deadly Cleaning Inc., I believe in keeping things simple, transparent, and fair.
Every clean is done with care, consistency, and attention to detail, no “basic” vs. “deep” tiers, just one standard: deadly clean every time.
To maintain the quality and time each home deserves, there is a $150 minimum per appointment.
This ensures I can continue to use eco-friendly, Indigenous-made products, take the time to do things right, and arrive fully prepared for every job.
Pricing:
One-Time/Move-in/Move-out Clean - $26 a room.
A one-time clean is a comprehensive cleaning service designed to thoroughly clean a home in a single session (usually takes longer) This type of service is ideal for various situations, such as before or after a party, in preparation for selling or moving into a new home, or simply when a deep clean is overdue.
First Clean - $25 a room.
A first initial clean to kick off a recurring cleaning schedule is a comprehensive service designed to bring a home up to a high standard of cleanliness, making it easier to maintain with regular cleanings. This initial "deep clean" sets the foundation for a cleaner, healthier environment and helps identify any specific areas that require extra attention in subsequent visits.
Monthly Cleans - $23 a room.
A monthly clean is a comprehensive and detailed cleaning service performed once a month, aimed at maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in a home or office. This type of cleaning bridges the gap between daily upkeep and occasional deep cleans, ensuring that spaces remain fresh and well-maintained throughout the month.
Bi-Weekly Cleans - $19 a room.
A bi-weekly clean is a scheduled cleaning service provided every two weeks, aimed at maintaining the cleanliness and order of a home. This type of service ensures that spaces remain consistently tidy and hygienic, preventing the buildup of dirt and grime.
Weekly Cleans - $16 a room.
A weekly clean is a regular, scheduled cleaning service performed once a week, designed to maintain a consistently high level of cleanliness and order in a home. This service focuses on routine tasks that keep living and working spaces tidy, hygienic, and comfortable.

Want to add on something that we don't offer in our regular services?
Inside Oven - $30
(If oven is very saturated with cooking spills, please use "self clean" prior to cleaning, that will really help everyone out!)
Inside Fridge - $30
(please have fridge cleaned out, not everything but organized and old food thrown away)
Wiping Window Blinds - $15 each blind/window
