1. Introduction

Welcome to Deadly Cleaning! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Deadly Cleaning's Website and services.

"You" means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service.

"Service" refers to the services provided by Deadly Cleaning.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

4. Services

Deadly Cleaning provides residential cleaning services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. The specifics of the services rendered will be mutually agreed upon before the commencement of any cleaning work.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Invoices will be emailed following each cleaning session. We accept payment via e-transfer (Deadlycleaning@gmail.com), or other methods agreed upon in advance.

Minimum Booking: Each cleaning session necessitates a minimum booking of 5 rooms and duration of 3 hours to ensure thorough service delivery. 

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Should you wish to reschedule a cleaning appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated subject to availability.

7. Termination

Deadly Cleaning reserves the right to terminate the provision of cleaning services for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

There is no contract obligation to you. You reserve the right to cancel our services at anytime, for any reason, without penalty.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Deadly Cleaning, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to terms

Deadly Cleaning may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Clients are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly.
